Will brings 11+ years of leadership experience from his time as a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer and most recently as a Private Equity Investment and Operating Professional at Partners Group. Will was born and raised in Kailua, Oahu and most recently served at Partners Group covering Service based and Consumer/Industrial Goods sectors. He underwrote leveraged buyout transactions with deep thematic research and comprehensive due diligence for companies at competitive open/limited auction or in time sensitive bilateral transactions. He then created and executed value creation plans with company board of directors, management teams, consultants, and front line employees to build better businesses. Prior to joining Partners Group, Will served as a U.S. Nuclear Submarine Officer where he led missions critical to national security. Will received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

David was born in Koror, Palau and came to Hawaii to study at Hawaii Pacific College. David has spent 21+ Years in the Hospitality industry and brings 30+ years of combined leadership experience; he is a true subject matter expert with deep relationships on all Islands. In the hospitality industry he assumed leadership roles in the IEHA, ISSA, and other industry associations over the course of his career. He has earned certifications from CEH, IICRC, ISSA. His experience also extends to the key roles in the HLTA Housekeeping Council, Hookipa Workforce Academy, and the Professional Cleaning Institute in Hawaii.

Mike brings over a decade worth of business development experience and a vast professional network, having worked locally in various commercial real estate roles including retail brokerage, sales, and asset management. Graduating from Duke University in 2003 as Duke Male Athlete of the Year and a two time All American, Mike went on to play tennis professionally on the ATP tour for 10 years, competing in 15 Grand Slam events and achieving a career high singles ranking of 143 in the world.

Will brings 11+ years of leadership experience including 3+ years leading janitorial operations and business practices, initially as an owner/operator and currently in service of KRM’s Oahu Operations. Prior to business operations Will was a Captain in the US Army Infantry. He deployed to Kuwait to manage operations of the Combined Joint Operations Center and at the Tactical Action Center in Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Prior to deploying, will served as a Brigade and Battalion Staff Officer in Hawaii, Aide de Camp in Saudi Arabia, and Platoon Leader in Alaska. Will received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the United States Military Academy.

Jason has over 15 years in the hospitality industry in multiple roles including management and director of housekeeping, front office, rooms division, guest relations, and general manager. He has worked at the Fairmont, Westin, Wyndham, Castle Resorts and Hyatt properties on Maui and Oahu. “I am excited and humbled to lead the new chapter for Koa. I will bring a refreshed focus and commitment. I plan to enhance our business relationships on Maui, while being committed to our mission and inspiring our team reach our full potential.” Jason is originally from Oahu and moved back to Maui shortly after college. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii — West Oahu. He currently resides in Makawao with his wife Rachel and their three children Madison, Cheyenne, and Jameson. Jason enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, exercising, which includes weightlifting, walking Chewy (family dog), golfing, and various ocean activities.

Jake's passion for leveraging technology to enhance business operations reflects his forward-thinking approach and dedication to driving organizational success. Jake graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Economics and earned his Master of Business Administration at The University of Hawaii at Manoa Shidler College of Business.
